There is a processing time of 5 - 7 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to arrive once marked as SHIPPED. Tracking numbers are available 24 - 48 hours after dispatch, please keep an eye out for an email, be sure to check spam folders as well. 

Truly Sensational is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. In any event where damages or loss of parcel occurs you MUST file a claim with the shipping carrier.
